The Process

1. Get in touch

Fill out my contact form and you'll hear back from me within 24 hours. If I'm available for your date, I'll send over details about my collections. If you'd like to schedule a quick call to share more about your wedding day with me and ask any questions you may have, we can do that when you're ready!

2. Secure your date

Once we've decided on the collection that best fits your needs, I'll send over a contract to make it official and we'll secure your date with a retainer. Then, the fun begins! If you've opted for an engagement session, we'll go over all the details and schedule the shoot when you're ready. Woo-hoo!

3. Prep for the big day

Leading up to the wedding day, I'll send you a questionnaire to gather all the important details, including any special requests. I'll also help you create a family photo list and collaborate with your planner to craft the perfect photography timeline, ensuring we have a smooth and enjoyable day!

4. Celebrate

Savor your day while I capture every last detail. You'll receive sneak peeks following the wedding, and your full gallery will be delivered within 30 days. The photos will be high-resolution, so you can download, print, and share to your heart's content! Enjoy reliving the magic of your day over and over again.

FAQ

Do you travel?

Heck yes, I do! Traveling while doing what I love is honestly a dream come true. I book a limited number of out-of-state weddings each year, and my travel fees are very approachable.

How soon should we book?

I'm so excited that you're considering me as your wedding photographer! For the best chance of availability, I recommend booking at least 9-12 months in advance.

Are you insured?

Yep! If your venue requires vendor insurance, I've got you covered. I'm happy to send over a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and sign any vendor agreements they might need.

Who is your second photographer?

I hire a second photographer from a group of talented and experienced photographer friends. You can trust that they'll match my style and energy!

How many photos will we receive, and when will they be ready?

Every wedding is different in size and nature, but most couples can expect 60-90 photos per hour of coverage. So, for an 8-hour wedding, you're looking at around 500-700 photos. You'll receive your gallery within 30 days or less!

Do you offer prints and albums?

Yes! Your online gallery will be linked to my professional lab for easy ordering of print products. I also offer custom album design.
